What we do with your email address.

This page covers this website only — the waitlist form. Fixara is pre-launch; there is no app account, no job data and no payment data collected here.

Who is responsible

Fixara, part of the Nextera Group, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@fixara.eu.

What we collect

One thing: the email address you type into the waitlist form. We also record the date you submitted it and which page you submitted it from, so we know which neighbourhoods to open first.

We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or payment details on this site, and we do not buy or enrich your data from anywhere else.

Why we use it

To tell you when Fixara opens in your area, and nothing else. We will not send you a newsletter, we will not sell or share your address with third parties, and we will not use it for advertising.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

How long we keep it

Until we launch and contact you, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If we have not launched in your area within 24 months, we delete your address.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy@fixara.eu and we will action it within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser and never leaves your device.

Changes

When Fixara launches, the app will have its own, fuller privacy notice covering jobs, addresses, photos and location. This page will be replaced at that point.
