Fixara opens defined zones in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht and Eindhoven from January 2027. Partnership conversations are open now. Talk to us → Talk to us →

For business

Your customers buy from you. Then they wait.

They buy from you, then wait days for someone to install or fix it — and you can't find the trades. Fixara puts a verified professional at their door within 90 minutes, under your brand. It is a defined service commitment inside live zones, covered categories and covered hours, with the speed fee waived on an eligible booking we miss.

The gap

Selling the product is the easy part.

The trades shortage in the Netherlands is not news to anyone who has tried to schedule an installation. What it costs you is specific: sales that stall at "when can someone come", returns on products that were never fitted properly, and a customer service queue full of scheduling rather than service. Fixara supplies the part of the transaction you cannot staff — a screened professional, at the customer's door, on a fixed price, within a 90-minute arrival commitment in the zones, categories and hours we cover.

Defined zones in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht and Eindhoven from January 2027 — zones, not whole cities. Coverage is agreed per category and per zone. Three models

Three ways to work with us.

Named and priced separately. You can start with one and add another.

A

Verified supply, under your brand

Open for partners

Our screened professionals serve your customers on demand. The booking, the fixed price and the arrival window carry your brand; the workforce and the screening are ours.

B

Delivered and installed — Fixara Loops

In development

Loops is Fixara's urban logistics infrastructure — we move it. Pickup, handover and return flows run on the same network that carries parts to a job, so the item you sold and the person who fits it turn up in the same visit, instead of a parcel on Tuesday and an engineer the following week. It is integrated premium logistics for the Fixara ecosystem, not a generic courier service.

Revenue model: per job plus logistics. No date, no waitlist — this is not yet available.

C

Fixara-as-a-Service — platform licensing

Licensing

You license the booking flow, AI dispatch, Radius Passport screening and the MCP connector, and run it with your own workforce.

Revenue model: licence fee.

The mechanic

One call, from wherever your customer already is.

A product detail page, an app, a support flow or an AI assistant. The request reaches the nearest verified professional the same way in each case.

What the integration is

  • REST API
  • MCP connector for AI assistants
  • Co-branded booking link
  • Nearest-verified-pro dispatch

Reporting, an SLA, a partner dashboard and consolidated invoicing are agreed per deal before go-live — see what a partnership looks like.

What it changes

What a finished job does to your numbers.

Fewer returns, more revenue

A product that arrives and gets installed properly is a product that stays sold. Installation attached at the point of purchase raises the basket and removes the most common reason a good product comes back.

Customers who come back

The last thing your customer remembers is not the checkout — it is whether the thing worked. A verified professional at the door, on time and on a fixed price, is the part of the experience you currently cannot control.

No IT project needed

A product manager or web developer can ship this. There is no integration programme, no procurement cycle for infrastructure, and no change to your checkout.

The deal

What a partnership looks like.

Five things we agree before anything goes live. In that order.

Integration model

API, MCP connector or a co-branded booking link — whichever fits how your customers already reach you. No change to your checkout.

Agreed capacity

Agreed capacity for your categories, in the areas your customers are in. We commit to what we can actually staff rather than to a map.

Screening standard

Radius Passport on every professional: identity, right to work, VOG, background, credentials and skills — the same standard your customers see.

Coverage

Defined zones in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht and Eindhoven from January 2027 — zones inside each city, not whole cities. Coverage is agreed per category and per zone, and a new zone or category opens only after four consecutive weeks at 90%+ SLA and 95%+ fill. Nothing is promised nationally in advance.

Reporting & SLA

Arrival times, completion rates and job records in a partner dashboard, with consolidated invoicing and an agreed SLA.

Commercials

Per-job pricing for verified supply, per-job plus logistics for delivered-and-installed, a licence fee for platform licensing. Priced to your category and volume.

Where we are

Who we're talking to.

We would rather show you the real stage of each conversation than a wall of logos. Nothing below is signed.

Companies Fixara is in conversation with, and the stage of each conversation. None is a signed partner.

Stage means exactly what it says: a conversation has been opened. No agreement is signed, no pilot is running, and none of these companies endorses Fixara. We publish this because the honest version is more useful to you than a logo wall — and because you can check it.

Supply & screening

Who is at your customer's door, and what was checked.

Every professional is screened end to end by Radius Hire before taking any job. The checks are evidenced against documents, not self-declared at signup, and the result is visible to your end customer inside the booking.

For a procurement reader, three points matter: the screening is run by a named specialist, the record is auditable per professional, and Fixara is the merchant of record for the job — so the invoice, the VAT and the resolution route sit with one company.

Talk to us

Tell us what you sell. We'll come back with coverage and pricing for your category.

One field is required. The rest helps us answer properly the first time.

We only use these details to answer your enquiry.

We usually reply within one business day.

Questions

What partners ask first.

How fast can we go live?

Technically, quickly. The integration is a REST API call or an MCP connector, and if you would rather build nothing at all, a co-branded booking link does the job. There is no change to your checkout, no procurement cycle for infrastructure and no integration programme to staff.

The gating item is commercial rather than technical: coverage. We agree which categories you need covered and which areas your customers are in, and we commit to what we can actually staff there. That conversation is usually what determines the date, not the code.

What does it cost?

Three models, priced separately, because they are genuinely different businesses.

  • Verified supply under your brand is priced per job.
  • Delivered-and-installed is priced per job plus logistics.
  • Platform licensing is a licence fee.

We are not publishing rate cards on a public page before an agreement is in place. Tell us your category and your expected volume and we will come back with a number you can take to a finance team.

Who employs the professionals?

It depends on the facts of the work, and we apply a four-track model rather than pushing everyone into the same contract. Genuinely independent professionals — own clients, own pricing, own tools, real substitution rights — work under a contract for services. Light-service workers are employed through Genuine Group under the applicable NBBU framework. Partner service companies work with us as businesses, under a B2B subcontracting agreement. Skilled trades who are materially dependent on Fixara volume are employed through Genuine Group.

The control principle is the point: Fixara does not keep a worker in a self-employed structure where the facts indicate dependency. For a partner, that is what removes the misclassification exposure a pure contractor marketplace carries into your supply chain.

Every professional is screened end to end by Radius Hire before taking any job: identity, legal right to work in the Netherlands, VOG (certificate of conduct), background check, credentials and licences, and an assessment of both hard and soft skills. Fixara is the merchant of record for the job, which means the invoice, the VAT and the customer relationship sit with us rather than with the individual.

What happens if a job goes wrong?

It comes to us, not to your customer service team.

Fixara holds the record of the job — the description, the timestamps, and the before-and-after photos the professional captures on site — so a dispute is resolved against evidence rather than recollection. Every professional is verified through Radius Passport, and the job is contracted through Fixara.

Which cities?

Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht and Eindhoven, from January 2027. Each city opens defined zones and a defined category set rather than switching on a whole city with nobody available in it, and a new zone or category opens only after four consecutive weeks at 90% or better on arrival times and 95% or better on fill.

For a partnership, coverage is agreed per category and per zone. We would rather commit to two categories in three zones and hit it than promise national coverage that does not exist yet.
