The numbers
Our take rate, in public.
Fixara earns on both sides of the job: a 12.5% service fee from the customer and 12.5% commission from you. That is the whole model. There is nothing else deducted, and nothing that only appears on the statement.
We are not publishing earnings figures — no euros per week, no jobs per day, no average per job. Fixara is pre-launch and no job has been completed, so any such number would be invented.

Radius Hire runs the screening — identity, legal right to work, VOG, background, credentials and a skills assessment — at no cost to you. It is the same standard every professional on the platform meets, which is what makes the fixed price defensible in the first place.

What professionals ask us first.
How do I register?
At app.fixara.eu, with your KvK number. There is nothing to install — the app runs in your browser.
You give us your trade, the area you want to work in, your KvK registration and your liability insurance. Then you complete your Radius Passport: identity, legal right to work, VOG, credentials and a skills assessment, run by Radius Hire at no cost to you.
Once the passport is complete you can go online and start receiving job offers.
What does it cost me?
€0 to join. €0 per month. No lead fees. You pay commission only on jobs you complete.
The commission is 12.5% of the job price. Alongside it, Fixara charges the customer a 12.5% service fee. On a job priced at €100 for the work, the customer pays €112.50, we take €12.50 from each side, and you receive €87.50.
There is no charge for the screening, no charge for being on the platform, and no charge for jobs you decline. If you take no work in a month, you pay nothing.
When am I paid?
After the job is marked complete. Fixara is the merchant of record: we invoice the customer, we carry the payment, and we pay you out on our schedule rather than the customer's.
We are not printing an exact payout term on this page until it is committed in writing. What is committed today: your payout is tied to job completion, not to when the customer pays.
Do I need my own insurance and KvK?
If you join as a genuinely independent professional — your own clients, your own pricing, your own tools — then yes: a KvK registration and your own liability insurance for the work you do. Both are checked as part of your Radius Passport, alongside the credentials and licences your trade requires.
Not everyone works with Fixara that way. We run a four-track model: genuine independents under a contract for services, light-service workers employed through Genuine Group under the applicable NBBU framework, partner service companies under a B2B agreement, and skilled trades who are materially dependent on Fixara volume employed through Genuine Group. Which track applies follows the facts of the work rather than what is cheapest for us — we do not keep anyone self-employed on paper when the reality is dependency.
Your payout details — IBAN, BTW number and KvK — are set up in the app so invoicing and VAT are handled correctly from the first job.
What if a customer doesn't pay?
That's our problem. Fixara is the merchant of record.
The customer's contract is with Fixara, the invoice comes from Fixara, and the payment risk sits with Fixara. You are paid for a completed job. You are never chasing a household for money, and you are never sending a reminder to somebody you met once for ninety minutes.
Can I choose which jobs I take?
Yes, always. A job offer shows the trade, the location, the travel time and your payout before you decide. You accept with one tap or you decline.
There are no shifts, no minimum number of jobs, and no penalty for declining. You go online when you want work and offline when you don't — including mid-day, mid-week or for a month.
